FLARE Mentorship Path

The Mentorship Path is a travel program that connects trainees and junior faculty with experienced endocrine researcher mentors to enhance professional development and leadership skills.

Requirements of the Mentorship Path

Before applying to the FLARE Program, trainees and junior faculty in the Mentorship Path must:

  1. Find and contact a mentor using the FLARE Mentor Directory.
  2. Develop a mentoring plan using the Mentoring Plan Template.
  3. Ask your mentor for a letter of support.

Please note, if you have a mentor in mind already, make sure they are an Endocrine Society member and have filled out our Mentor Registration form.
